Alaska, the thought of forest as far as the eye reaches gives me chills. I grew up nearby Denmarks biggest forest (Not that it is so impressive) and only a girl can make me feel the way i feel when i look at the trees, the leaves, the dirt, the water and the animals. And i think i can find these things here..

Today I learned to make deep fried eggs, it’s a little like poched eggs but cooked in oil. It sounds crazy but it was really really nice!
It was a part of a dish called Saute Marengo (bonus info: Napoleons favorite dish)

Starter:
Apple/rucola salad with applevinegar vinagrette and poppy seed, oat and seedcrackers and some parma ham
Main course:
-Home made mini burgers, bacon, cheese, Dijon mustard-mayonnaise, salat and big potato fries with bearnaise-mayonnaise
Dessert:
-French toast, with sugar-marinated berries, and white chocolate mousse, with a caramel decoration sprinkled with seasalt
